Leaked Apple Late-October Event: MacBook Pro OLED, M6, and iPad mini 8

⚡ The gist in 5 seconds - Insiders leaked a list of devices Apple is preparing for its late-October 2025 event. - The list includes: 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro OLED, iMac 24, 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M6 chip, and iPad mini 8. - The data is not confirmed by Apple: the company has published no official announcements, dates, or specs. ### 🔍 What was found A report citing insiders (source: iGuides) lists new products tied to Apple's late-October event. The list features four items: a MacBook Pro with an OLED display in 14- and 16-inch sizes, the iMac 24 all-in-one, a 14-inch MacBook Pro on the M6 chip, and the iPad mini 8 tablet. No build numbers, SKUs, sales start dates, or prices are provided. The leak reveals no mechanics or technical details: it is unknown whether this means a full redesign of the lineup, a display panel upgrade only, or a routine transition to a new silicon generation. All that is available is the fact that the list exists and its link to the October event. Until official confirmation, any specs for these devices remain speculation. ### 💡 Why it matters The leak sets expectations for Apple's entire fall lineup: if the list is accurate, the company is closing out several long-discussed fronts at once — moving the MacBook Pro to OLED and announcing the next generation of M-series chips. These two points determine how significantly the pro user base's hardware will refresh and whether it's worth waiting to buy current models. The nearest check is the late-October event itself; Apple traditionally does not comment on insider leaks, so don't expect confirmation before the event date.
